We have a range of extra amenities to open up the potential of your studio to be used as a tiny home including kitchenette, bathroom, and toilet options.
STEP 2
Terrace
The 'floating' steel terrace serves as the outside counterpart and is available in 4 different sizes for each width of Studio.

​Planks
​
Wooden planks that are beautifully inlayed into the terrace frame can be selected in a wide selection of colours and in either smooth or grooved variants. We recommend that you choose a finish that is consistent with the facade.

Roof & Facade
Now that we have the general shape, you can decide on the roof finish and facade.

Heating/Cooling

Although the Studio has been built with exceptional standards and materials to passively keep interior temperatures at optimum levels all year round, a powerful, efficient and silent air-to-air heat pump comes as standard to control heating, cooling and air filtration.

Home Automation
​
We use a well regarded home automation system that seamlessly integrates a range of key systems from lighting and temperature control to security, access and entertainment.​​
​
Electricity & Data
​
The Savanna features an optional floor trunking system that brings ease of connectivity to the entire space whilst minimising clutter.
​
For data, we have plug and play packages covering professional routers and WAPs (Wireless Access Points) that suit the design of the Studio.
