Our core zones are the standard configuration of the Studio that provide an entrance and designated "Welcome" space, a "Cockpit" with large window to provide the best view to work from, and the "Snug" zone for relaxation.

All our interior lighting is warm white (2700K) and dimmable unless otherwise specified. Upgrades to lighting where the light temperature and colour can be adjusted to achieve unique moods or circadian lighting effects are available when the home automation package is selected.

Beyond the space itself, our core technology packages bring the Studio to life in ways you can only imagine.
Heating/Cooling
The Studio has been built with exceptional standards and materials to passively keep interior temperatures at optimum levels all year round. For superior comfort we highly recommend the option of an all-in-one HVAC system to control heating, cooling, humidity, ventilation, and air quality.
Home Automation
The Savanna Studio is proud to use the well regarded Loxone home automation platform that seamlessly integrates a range of key systems from lighting and temperature control to security, access control and music.

Electricity & Data
Nobody likes wires or clutter. The Savanna features a unique floor trunking system that brings ease of connectivity to the entire space as standard.
For data, we have plug and play packages covering professional routers and WAPs (Wireless Access Points) that suit the design of the Studio.
