Instead of starting with aesthetics, we assembled a multidisciplinary team — from acoustic engineers to health professionals — to define what truly makes a space feel good. By combining best-in-class materials, thoughtful design principles, and precise engineering, the Savanna Studio is built around one central goal: the wellbeing of its user.

We designed the Studio as a wellbeing-focused space that can adapt to a wide range of uses — from a workspace or practice to an extra bedroom, hobby room, or guesthouse for rent. Depending on your specific needs, our team will configure and design a space that perfectly supports how you want to use it.

All our Studios are designed using our in-house configuration system, meaning that each one is priced individually based on its size and selected options.

You can break down installation as 4 separate stages. There is the Site Preparation Stage, Foundations Stage, Transport & Hoisting Stage, and finally the Connection Stage.

For low complexity jobs where the site does not need levelling, electrical conduits are easy to put in place, ground screw foundations are straightforward to install, transport is within Flanders, and we don't need to use larger than normal cranes, a rule of thumb is around €5,000 + tax.

Around 4-6 months including manufacturing, site prep, foundations, transportation, and installation. As long as there are no material shortages or delays, manufacturing is the most predictable as it all happens within the area we control - our factory. For a typical base Studio we usually aim to have the construction complete within 3 months. Site preparation and foundations are hard to predict but in normal cases this is 1-2 days. Transportation and installation takes around 1 day.

Absolutely! The Studio will always keep the hidden hoisting system that forms part of the overall structure. This means that if you ever wanted to move the Studio to a new location or if you considered selling it, this makes it all possible.

Yes, a 10 year warranty is included.
