Using a material and construction technique that is predominantly used in the often harsh conditions of the Alps, Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) offers exceptional strength and durability that last for decades. Sourced from sustainably-managed forests, it also contributes to a indoor environment that does wonders to keep you healthier.

These structures are meticulously engineered in our state-of-the-art workshops, where precision, exceptional quality, and environmentally conscious practices take center stage. Well Grounded
An eco-friendly, solid, and fast foundation system
Ground screws are a modern alternative to traditional concrete foundations. They’re mechanically screwed into the ground with no need for digging or drying time, allowing for fast installation with minimal environmental impact. They’re also reusable, eco-friendly, and particularly suitable for wet or hard-to-access terrain.

Standard thermally modified spruce cladding available in natural, grey or black finishes.
Flooring
Premium Portugese natural and hardwearing cork flooring in a range of colours and patterns.

Sockets come in matt black or white finishes whilst the electrical cabinet is neatly hidden away in a built-in lockable cupboard.
Security
Lockable doors, security glass, and a smoke/CO alarm keep you safe and secure.
Construction
Mass timber construction in 5-ply CLT hand finished and UV treated providing incredible strength and durability.

Premium thickness EPDM roof with zinc roofline detail available in 6 colours.
Windows & Doors
Premium Italian aluminium windows & doors in a range of colours with double pane safety, acoustic, and solar control glass.
Heating & Cooling
High-end air-to-air heat pump for efficient heating, cooling, and filtering in matt black or white.

Scent
Every Studio comes with an Aera smart diffuser that through its microdroplet technology distributes wonderful natural and calming scents.

CONSTRUCTION
Exceptional Performance
Keeping noise out and maintaining thermal comfort
Our wall system in combination with our high performing aluminium windows has been rated to reduce outdoor noise by at least 30dB under real world conditions.
Furthermore our building envelope is calculated at 0.16 W/m²·K losing about 35 % less heat than current EPB standards. The result is a home that feels cosier in winter, cooler in summer, and costs less to run.

The steel framed floating terrace complements the curved wall on the opposite side of the Studio. With various sizes available and the option to include privacy blades, it is ready to be enjoyed in all seasons.

Our design team are experts in creating highly functional yet compact kitchenettes that offer ample storage coupled with high-end components and a finish to match your taste.
Entrance
From simple and efficient access via a sliding door on the terrace or a separate entrance door with intercom and smart lock, we have you covered for personal use or guests.

Our bedrooms become your cosy sanctuary to relax and sleep. We can design around your existing furniture or design custom pieces from storage to fold-out beds. Our lighting packages elevate the space even further.
